Service Description
A personalised programme of six 30-minute, one-to-one sessions designed to support recovery from injury or surgery, improve mobility, rebuild strength and restore movement confidence. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on alignment, stability, controlled movement and progressive loading. Suitable for those managing musculoskeletal conditions, recovering from injury or surgery, or looking to address specific movement limitations. Package: 6 × 30-minute sessions Price: £180 An initial 30-minute consultation is required before starting the programme and is charged separately at £30.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & PRIVACY POLICY 1. STUDIO BOOKING POLICY CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any equipment-based Pilates session. Late cancellations and missed sessions will be charged in full or deducted from your package. PACKAGES & EXPIRY • 8- and 10-session packages: valid for 6 months. • Packages of 2–5 sessions: valid for 3 months. • Duet 4-session packages: valid for 2 months. • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period. PUNCTUALITY & ETIQUETTE Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session. Late arrivals will receive the remaining booked time. Grip socks are required, and long hair should be tied back. HEALTH DISCLOSURE Complete a health questionnaire before your first session and inform the studio of relevant changes, including injuries, acute pain, medical conditions, pregnancy or recent surgery. Sessions may be adapted or postponed where necessary for safety. This policy excludes Clinical Pilates / Rehab. 2. PRIVACY POLICY DATA COLLECTION We collect your name, contact details, booking history and relevant health information to manage bookings and provide safe, personalised Pilates instruction. DATA SECURITY Booking details are managed through Wix Bookings and payments through the relevant payment provider. We do not sell or rent your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is shared with service providers only where necessary to operate our services. DATA PROTECTION Personal information is processed under applicable UK data protection law. Health information receives additional protection and is processed only where an appropriate lawful basis applies. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for bookings, client safety and legal obligations. YOUR RIGHTS You may have the right to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction of processing, object to certain processing and exercise other rights under UK data protection law.
